Glen Forge is a new Scottish menswear brand built around timeless style, quality clothing, and a spirit of adventure. We are opening our Edinburgh store and are looking for confident, friendly and motivated Store Sales Associates to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing brand from the very beginning, helping customers discover clothing, accessories and gifts designed for everyday life, travel, work and the outdoors.
As a Store Sales Associate, you will be the face of Glen Forge in Edinburgh. You will welcome customers into the store, offer helpful product advice, create a brilliant shopping experience and help keep the store looking sharp, organised and ready for trade.
You do not need to be a fashion expert, but you should enjoy working with people, take pride in good service and be happy to learn about our products and brand.
Welcoming customers and delivering excellent customer service
Helping customers choose clothing, accessories and gifts
Learning about Glen Forge products and confidently sharing product knowledge
Processing sales, returns and exchanges through the till system
Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy and well presented
Replenishing stock and helping maintain strong visual displays
Supporting promotions, new product launches and in-store events
Working as part of a small, friendly team to achieve store targets
Representing the Glen Forge brand in a professional and positive way
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Enthusiastic about retail, menswear, lifestyle or outdoor-inspired fashion
Able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable in a busy store environment
Willing to learn and take pride in doing things properly
Sales-focused without being pushy
Flexible with availability, including weekends where required
Previous retail or customer service experience would be helpful, but the right attitude is just as important.
